Program Structure:
With this program we offer radiant and cooker burners for the economical heating of boilers and machines as well as for many special tasks. The requirements for such heating systems are versatile and different. Therefore, it is often not possible to use standard devices for the different applications. For this reason, in addition to standard burners, special burners and special equipment are manufactured on request, which are optimally adapted to the operating conditions depending on the problem, in order to ensure economical and rational use.
Technical features:
Borrmann Brenner Berlin has developed a modular system for these burner systems. Depending on the requirements, a heating system can be individually constructed from these units. The jet and cooker burners are manufactured in various shapes and designs and consist of individual burner heads which are placed on a common mixing tube. The shape of the carrier tube and thus the overall shape of the burner system as well as the angular position of the flames is adapted to the respective combustion chamber as well as the boiler shape or the furnaces to be heated.
An essential advantage of the design is that the entire burner is operated with a central nozzle, which is arranged in such a way that the primary air intake for the production of the gas-air mixture takes place outside the combustion chamber, so that perfect combustion is guaranteed. All torches have a high output even with small dimensions, are insensitive to draughts or vibrations and are reliable in operation in rough construction site conditions.
In addition to the manufacture of series equipment, we are able to design burners for your specific needs, taking care of the design, planning and construction of the liquid gas powered equipment. Control and regulation of burners can also be included in our offer. We ask for your information.
Machine burners are generally devices with a high gas throughput and, due to official regulations, must be equipped with safety devices in accordance with their application and purpose in order to prevent the hazards that can arise from unburned escaping gas.
For this reason, we offer our burners in different equipment variants, so that the equipment can be carried out according to the intended use and the professional association guidelines, the UVV and the ADR.
