1. function
The propane flows via the economy handle to the main shut-off valve. The valve shuts off the gas supply. When the valve is opened, a certain amount of gas flows through the set bypass. The bypass opening adjustment screw is located just upstream of the main shutoff valve and is sealed in its setting. It releases the gas path for the economy flame. The power flame is released by depressing the lever located below the main shutoff valve. The desired output can be set by depressing the power flame lever and adjusting the main shut-off valve. For safe storage of the burner, there is a stand on the extension tube which allows the burner to be stored in such a way that the pilot flame does not cause any danger.
2. start-up
- Connect the regulator with integrated hose rupture protection (RS) to the gas cylinder valve. (The connected load depends on the consumption of the burner) Connect burner inlet = G3/8LH (left-hand thread) with a high-pressure hose 6.3x5 (pressure class 30) to the RS (gas-tight).
- Open the cylinder valve
- Press the start button of the RS
- Open the economy valve completely
- Ignite propane at the burner head
- Press pilot lever = working flame
- Set the desired output with the main shut-off valve (propane quantity)
3. decommissioning
- Close the main shut-off valve on the burner handle.
- Close gas cylinder valve
- Vent the propane hose

5. maintenance
The sealing washer in the screw connection on the inlet side of the RS must be checked for wear and the filter retaining screw must be checked for dirt (see also instructions for regulator and hose rupture protection).
Unauthorised repairs and interventions are not permitted.
Only an expert is allowed to change the gas quantity for the flame clamp adjustment. The adjusting screw must be sealed again after changes.
